Thank you for your interest in learning more about political acumen and your own level of competency in this important leadership area. This self-assessment questionnaire is free and has been designed as a learning support tool for public servants (bureaucrats & politicians) in the municipal, provincial/territorial and federal government.

It takes about 5 minutes to complete the survey and we recommend that you do this in one sitting. The survey asks you to self-assess your understanding of Political Acumen and the Key Elements that we consider important contributors to developing your competency as a public sector leader.
